There may be more money at the next level, but there are also other potential self satisfaction achievements at the next level that make it more challenging for them to attain. Most seekers already earn so much money that the additional cash is not much of a motivator. The most successful money spinners simply enjoy growing and innovating, just for the sake of growth and creation. Take Steve Jobs of Apple Computers for example...this man has been down and out before, but it was never the money which enticed him to resurface and come up with the imacs! Many of these high-flyers even went on to coaching and mentoring new entrepreneurs. It is this very nature of wanting to give back to the society, which attracts even more money back into their businesses or personal wealth!
Learner- Many top businessmen still invest in their most important asset; themselves. They have full bookshelves, audio tapes in their cars and attend all relevant seminars pertaining to their trade. They even meet up with fellow successful money makers to learn from each other and share trade secrets! This characteristic is still very much kept alive in discussion forums on the internet and the sharing of e-books to enhance one's online marketing techniques.
Doer- "I'm definitely going to read your book when I get home" or "I was so tied up at work today, I'll do it next week..." Aren't these statements common?
